Hi, I’m Jasmine.

I’ve always been curious about the stories people carry about themselves.

The ones that quietly shape how we see ourselves, how we show up in our work, and the decisions we believe are available to us.

Over time, I began noticing how many capable, thoughtful people were navigating life inside narratives they had never consciously chosen. Stories about who they were allowed to be. Stories about what they should pursue. Stories about when it was their turn to speak up or step forward.

Those stories shape more than we realize.

They shape how we lead.
They shape how we relate to others.
They shape what we believe is possible.

In Full Power grew out of that curiosity.

Through storytelling, perspective, and thoughtful reflection, my work invites people to pause, examine the narratives influencing how they show up, and reconsider what might become possible when those stories shift.

My journey as a speaker began in my teens, when I stood on stages speaking about women’s empowerment before I had fully grown into my own voice.

What began as a passion for empowering women eventually expanded into a broader curiosity about identity, perspective, and the stories that shape how all of us move through the world.

Today I’m invited to speak with universities, organizations, and leadership communities about the narratives influencing confidence, leadership, and decision-making.

My work blends storytelling with thoughtful perspective shifts, helping audiences see familiar experiences in new ways.

Professionally, I have spent much of my career working at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and transformation.

My work has taken me into boardrooms and leadership conversations across industries, where I’ve been recognized for my ability to bring clarity and perspective to high-stakes decisions. I was recently honored with the President’s Award for my influence at the executive level, recognized for helping leaders navigate complexity and move toward meaningful results.

Earlier in my academic career, I graduated cum laude in the top ten percent of my class, earning degrees in Finance and Spanish.

But the work that continues to matter most to me is helping people step into greater clarity about who they are and how they want to show up in the world.

Outside of boardrooms and stages, I’ve always been drawn to experiences that expand perspective.

I’ve solo traveled around the world, explored more than fifteen national parks, and spent countless miles running through quiet streets and trails — places where many of my best reflections tend to happen.

Those moments of movement and exploration have shaped the way I think about growth, patience, and the quiet process of becoming.

At its core, my work is about helping people rethink the stories shaping how they see themselves and what they believe is possible.

Because when the story changes, the way we show up begins to change too.

And sometimes that’s where the most meaningful transformation begins.
